Not very active in ECs during UG, now trying to make up lost ground. My application message is basically that I'm not the same person I was during UG.

I've seen this question posted a number of times in this forum, but it's never gotten a good answer. Your best resource is the counselors in your program who should have access to the success rates of its past students. One post I saw suggested that the data they'd been given did not differentiate between acceptances by MD vs DO programs.
