Hey there,
I was wondering what my were chances were at a low-tier MD school? My grades were terrible because I partied far too much until second semester senior year (when reality hit me).
I don't have many extracurriculars or volunteer work because I partied too much. The only thing I did was some intramural sports.
This past summer I studied my *** off for the MCAT and got a:
13 PS 12 VR 13 BS.
I was a biology major, I pretty much got no A's in sciences until second semester senior year and took 4 biosciences that semester (because I had previously failed 3 of them but those grades were wiped off my transcript with the re-takes)
Do I have a snowball's chance in hell?

You know the saying...
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take, so go for it.

I think your grades aren't bad enough to screen you out, and your MCAT makes up for it, but having no ECs on top of all that is going to kill you. Take a year and at least get some clinical experience. It's still going to be hard to explain why you weren't doing anything during college, but you need to show that you've matured and really are committed to medicine.

I'm with eric. If you're going to try to sneak in with a 3.0 sGPA, you have to have everything else in tip-top shape. It's possible for you to get in, but you're definitely going to need that year of experience to have a shot. You might consider tossing in a research gig during that year, too. You might as well make it count.

If your trying to go MD, your failed grades will not be "wiped" off your transcript. MD schools will still factor the failing grade into your GPA, although your retakes look much better to them. Maybe recalculate your sci GPA. Great MCAT though, you destroyed that.

Do I have a snowball's chance in hell?Without the usual extracurriculars even the least selective med schools will not consider you.

Truth!
Way to go on crushing the MCAT for the OP... I say take time off and find some medically related work / community activities that you are passionate about to strengthen your chances.
Maybe take some upper level science classes and rock em to show that you can handle the coursework in med school.
You have potential, obviously! Just get it done man, good luck.
