Hey guys
I have matched at a program but they have not yet send the contract papers and when I ask all they tell me is to wait. Its more than a month now since match and I am getting worried.I want to know does this kind of situation happens pretty often or is it just me.Is it a warning that program is not good?

Some programs don't have you sign your contract until you show up for orientation.

How does it then work for applicants who scrambled and got a position. Does one pack all his stuff down to the program location hoping to sign a contract on orientation day. What if they change their mind and say oops we gave you this post match position, now we're taking it back. Is it then wise for those who got a position post match to insist on signing a contract b/4 relocation to the program site.
