Well, like i said this is a vague question, and I'm not even sure where to start answering it. If you ask a more specific question, i'm sure you will get a more valuable response.

If you want me to answer it as is:

pros: very good money, very good hours, get to learn and work with physio and pharm (subjective), no need to do chronic management(subjective), patient contact is short and sweet (again, subjective, many would label this con)

cons: dealing with arrogant surgeons, lack of understanding of what an anesthesiologist does(this is improving i think, but slowly)
