I was wondering about heme-onc
1) How competetive is it, do you have to go to the top schools to land a fellowship spot?
2)Do you need to impress the hell out of people for the first 2 years before you apply?
3) What are their lifestyles like? Outpatient or In? How much call? Pay?
4) Procedures they get to do?

do rad onc.......oncologic field, procedures, better hours and pay......more tech challenging........nice field
