I been having problems with Kaplan's Qbank. The program that they run is so slow and poorly designed. Anytime a question has a picture or chart, the words and the pictures all overlap! And i have go back and forth between questions before it corrects itself...and I lose time in the meantime.
Today, I came across a question and the dumb program wouldn't let me choose an answer! This is probably the last time i will ever use kaplan. They need to fix their technical issues...because its the last thing i want to be thinking about when im trying to do these questions...

This problem has been mentioned and discussed by many users on these forums. It should be looked at on an overhead systems level.

I have some information about the problem reported:
If you navigate away from the first question in a sequential question it should only lock if you navigate to the second part of the sequential question. Currently, on our site if you navigate to any other question it locks. We will update our warnings messages regarding these questions.
We are also aware of the content loading problem.
Both of these issues have been fixed - however at this time of year we have to thoroughly test all changes to the site before we push them live. This fix will be pushed on May 11th.
Meanwhile, provided you do answer the first question when initially viewed you should avoid the issue. The faster your connection, the fewer problems that you will have with content loading oddly.
I am very sorry for the disruption that this is causing you.

There's no fix yet. It's awful and I'm never using kaplan again. I'm not sure if I'm having the same problem but when I go through a set of questions when I select the next arrow, the next question loads all jumbled up. The answer choices are on top of the question, or the "submit" icon is over the answer choices.
I called customer service and that was the last straw. They put me on hold for 13 minutes and then my call got disconnected.
Oh well, won't make the mistake with going with Kaplan again. Really great to have a test prep for an important exam that doesnt work
