Do I have to finish all the homework in order to repeat the course with Kaplan?

I know you have to complete all of the things that say REQUIRED on your course syllabus (practice tests, preview assigments, etc.), and you can't miss more than 2 classes if you want to retake the class for FREE...but you can pay $500 to take it again even if you didn't complete the requirements.

Will I get to start from scratch when I retake with none of the answers marked with the correct answer choice?

yes...they reset your online syllabus and clear all of your old test grades.
