I am a FMG and also a family medicine specialist in Spain. I would like to work in an underserved community for 2 or 3 years (I don´t care the state). Anybody knows if I have to do the USMLE or if there is another way to work there? I just want to go for a little so, I have to pass the USMLE, I think it is better staying here.
