Does anyone here know which are the better IM board review courses in the US?

I know there are a lot out there, but do any ones in particular stand out? Such as Mayo? Cleveland? Hopkins?

This guy teaches the Kaplan review class for step 2..wrote some of the test materials too. Supposedly he runs his own IM board review course. Dunno how it is though...
