have anyone here graduated from a russian medical university with course conducted in english medium? I heard the russian education is cheap.

Yes, it will cost you about $2000-3000/year (total 6-7 years) and <$1000/year for living.

Why would you do that? This is 6 years + another 3 or so to pass USMLE's + another 4 or so for residency + a lot of "ifs" and "buts". :p
