What are your MCAT subscores?
If your sGPA is 3.33 (DO includes engineering), what is your BCPM GPA (MD incudes math, but no engineering)? Did you retake any classes from the first two years? DO only includes the retake grade, not the original.
You did not mention any clinical experience (work or volunteering in a clinical environment). Your shadowing is the bare minimum (IMO, at least) and could be further augmented. Plan to shadow a DO if not already done. Any nonmedical community service?

I have 10s across the board on subscores. MY BCPM (which i assumed is sGPA) is 3.33 . I have only retaken 1 class , and got an A. I have shadowed for 40hrs. I have done volunteer work at a hospital for about 60hrs. I have a lot of hours through my church that I did non-medical community service, if I had to include that its close to 60-70hrs.
Now if its DO , then my BCPM GPA is 3.47 and overall GPA 3.53

Assuming you continue to beef up your clinical experience hours, and shadow a DO (and ideally include a primary care doc if you add more hours), your application is solid for DO schools. If any MD schools give you credit for a more difficult major, you might have a chance at some of those as well.
The BCPM used by AMCAS for MD schools=Bio, Chem, Physics, Math. The sGPA generated by AACOMAS for DO schools does not include the math.
