How wired are your hospitals?

How navigable is your computer system?

Does your residency offer you PDAs? Computers?

The reason I ask is that my school is considering buying computer tablets to all IM interns in the next year or so... That sounds awesome doesn't it? I know some programs give you PDAs and medical software which may (or may not) facilitate information transfer... :clap:

Any opinions/input?

tablets? seems like a lot to carry around. I'd much rather have a high-end pocket pc with wireless lan.
