Can anyone inform me of Baylor program in terms of workload and night calls?
I've heard that it is probably the most grueling psych residency around though it is one of top notch programs.
Are there plenty of research opportunities available?

I know it has a good reputation and plenty of research going on. The program director and chairman are supposed to be great.

I don't know anything about the call schedule or workload.
