Alright, I just wanted to get a feel of what my chances would be based on my current plan. Please let me know what needs to be focused on more, etc.
State of Res: MI
Major: Computer Science Eng. with Pre-med cognate
cGPA= 3.5(by the time I apply)
sGPA= 3.7(by the time I apply)
MCAT(estimate)= 33+
1 year of being a MA at a podiatrists office(already done)
1 year of tutoring(already done)
1.5 years(150-200 hours) of volunteering in hospitals(total by the time I apply to med school)
~80 hours of shadowing 2 general physicians and hopefully a radiologist(total by the time I apply to med school)
I started off very weak, then had 2 bad semesters due to a car accident I was in. I have four semesters left and I'll definitely be getting no less than a 3.5 in every class. So hopefully this will show a great upward trend. I've also been working all throughout college to put myself through. Currently doing a 7 month co-op with IBM. Is there anything I should put more time into?
