Just wondering if it would bebeneficial to have the PE scores by the time I start the interviews. I plan to take the written by July but I can not take the PE till Aug for several reasons. So, just wondering if that will play a role in the match.

No. Most programs only want to see that you passed the PE prior to ranking you because they don't want the risk of having you not pass and not be able to start residency on time, but some will want to see the written portion prior to offering you an interview. If you take the tests in july and august you shouldn't have any problems.
