Anyone know where MD Anderson fellows (heme onc) did their residency? Searched this site but didn"t find much. Soneone said they prefered the mid west.

I'm not sure thats always true. I know next years class has people from all over. Columbia, Cornell, Brigham, Hopkins, Penn, Einstein, Mayo, UCLA, Vanderbilt in addition to 2-3 people from Texas schools...others I'm sure.
