Epocrates sends one out every now and then but not sure if it depends on your speciality and if you need their paid program for the invites.

Try any of the big market research panel providers: Knowledge Networks, eRewards, GMI etc. Most online panels have special subpanels of physicians and they will pay you (or reward you somehow) for taking surveys. You can google "online panel providers" or something similar...

I've looked into a bunch of them. I get 2 or 3 a day from Survey Savvy. They offer me $1 for 15 minute surveys. :poke:
