I have a document from the US. Dept of education stating that Ross University will transefer ownership of Ross Univ. to the Government of Dominica in 20 years, so what happened to that contract. This question is to the people of Dominica.

as a matter of fact, most of the low level people who work at Ross are dominicans. And some of the faculty members are always local Dominicans.
