then how can I sent my order to BR company? by e-mail? via FedEx? or only by a ordinary mail?

but if I want to pay my fee by personal check ,or cash.

how can I sent the money to them? Shoud I go to a post office and remit money to them?

Calling ahead allows them to make the shipping labels in advance, so that your order can go out instantly when it arrives. If you do that, then you can make ordering about the same speed as if it were on line. I've been told by the owner in charge of handling the website that he has been working on getting online ordering up and running.
