Hey, so if I were to get the 4th edition of L. Biochem, instead of 5th, that really wouldn't make a big diff., would it? Or are they VERY attuned to the latest trends in the USMLE, making the most current edition an invaluable resource compared to even the second most recent?

Hi Pattycake25! Is this the book you are referring to?
Lippincott's Illustrated Reviews: Biochemistry (http://www.lww.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_Biochemistry_11851_-1_12551_Prod-9781608314126)
The fifth edition features include:
--NEW! Expanded coverage of molecular biology, the most rapidly changing field in biochemistry
--NEW! Significant new data added to illustrations
--Boxed, high-yield facts emphasize key take-away points
--Outstanding pacing of content with related illustrations, maximizing the visual learning experience and reinforcing retention
--Unique combination of text and review content makes this title ideal as either a primary or review text for students studying biochemistry
--USMLE review questions in every chapter
Hope this helps!
