Does it matter what you get on the board exam as long as you pass? Like if your applying for a residency or a competitive job are the people going to be able to access or ask for your board scores?

I've never heard of anyone ever asking that.

It only matters if it's <75. HOWEVER, if you got a high score (>120)and you're a recent grad, it's probably worth sharing with potential employers. You never know what's going to get your resume past the HR screeners and onto the desk of the hiring authority.

I asked a few pharms about it...and they all said no. These are all just retail pharms and two clinical pharms. No upper position/management though. Although, i don't see that mattering too much either, lol.

The only thing where it might be worth mentioning is if it was exceptionally high and you were applying for a residency (future education)
