I scored a 242 on Step 1. I'm aiming for a 250+ on CK and was wondering if there was anything I was missing to my study materials.

For CS, the only book I've consistently heard good reviews about is First Aid. Is there any other book I should be reading?

I've been reading a lot of people read Master the Boards for Step 3? How important is that to scoring high?
