Any one compared the results injecting generic Bethamethasone vs celestone for cervical epidurals. My Hospital (federal gov) stopped ordering any more celestone from the company as they are not supplying at the promised govt rate and started giving us Generic Bethametasone phospate/acetate injection. I usually used celestone for cervicals and kenalog for lumbars. Have the option of using dexamethasone
Thanks

I have had similar results. I use it for cervical and lumbar interlaminar ESI and lumbar transforaminal.

Still use the generic for cervical transforaminals after a clean DS study; dex if it is not clean. Have noticed no difference in generic vs name brand celestone outcomes

I had to switch from dex to celestone because one of the generic suppliers stopped making it and the other supplier is behind on production. I prefer dex over celestone
