As for interview questions, are they just a Q&A format? For example, ethical dilemmas or responses to different situations. Or, are do you have to role play in any scenarios, like an MMI interview? For example, pretend your an optometry speaking with a patient?

It's a different room with a different interviewer for each question, presumably so that there is a range of opinions on your performance rather than just one.
The questions can vary. Mine were all Q&A situations but I knew some people who had role-playing.
