Good luck to you all! I got in this year with all the curriculum changes so I'm first class - the first batch of lab rats - of a (potentially) PharmD curriculum..hopefully :P.
I guess some suggestions I have for you are to raise your GPA and to work on your MMIs. I know you can't prepare MMIs but what helps is the foundations needed to excel in MMIs like soft skills (i.e. communication, logical reasoning, etc.) so go out, meet people of all ages, professions, cultures and start to communicate and grasp more of the world around you.
