not sure i believe this. updating the portal is as easy as pushing a button, so i don't buy the fact that they wouldn't update the portal for "priority" people because they wanted to avoid having to push a button again in a couple of weeks to change it to accepted. if there really were a "priority waitlist" i would think the school would be more considerate of those people than just anybody on a "regular waitlist" and would have sent them an email/letter anyway notifying them of a priority status.

it just doesn't add up for me, especially with a SDN learned distrust for most anyone who posts things like this with only 2 posts to their name.
