Although the Official Acceptances thread is so exciting, I think this support group thread is really the best. It's so heartwarming to see the posts of everyone rooting for one another. I go out for the day and wonder if SquirrelsRule or Jemappellejane have gotten any good news while I'm away. I can feel the anxiety and frustration of everyone else because I feel it, too. If I don't get in this cycle, I will miss the whole experience of sharing the wait with all of you. If I do get in, I will look forward to meeting some of you and becoming real-life colleagues/friends. In a way, not knowing the future is exciting (stress and excitement almost "feel" the same, don't they?) I'm so busy baking cookies alone at home today, waiting for people to arrive. But I don't feel totally alone because I can always check SDN to see what's happening with everyone. I am one of those who has heard absolutely nothing as yet (no news is good news maybe?) so I guess I'll just put my own situation on the back burner and not expect anything until after the first of the year.
