Residency programs don't usually "find" jobs or assist residents in the employment department. There are many resources, and your "friend" has to start utilizing and/or researching those resources. Is there a search engine, website, etc., where you can post your resume for podiatry jobs, where potential employers can look at it, download it, and contact the potential candidate?
What do you think about getpodiatryjobs.com and podiatrycareers.org? Are these sites reputable?
