I was wondering the same thing preDENT.... and I don't know. All I know is at my recent interview she said there will be movement at the end of Feb, meaning people have to make deposits, turn down acceptances, etc so it sounded like they'd review everyone then and be making more offers. But who really knows, I think that's a lot of the problem is that they're trying their hardest to get the best qualified people but at the end of the day those people are going elsewhere and so they should give us a shot if we're qualified, which we are
