eat oat meal for breakfast...no foofoo sugar added stuff...just plain. Eat almonds pecans and walnut throughout the day....eat fish or a small portion of meat with lots of veggies and nonabsorbable fiber for dinnwr. stay away from pork and starchy food. No bread. 3 months and youll lose a bunch of weight and your cholesterol will drop.
