^Those are still basically memorization though.

I.e., woman comes in with stiff neck, photophobia, headache, neutrophils in csf. A gram negative diplococcus organism was recovered from csf. What is it:

A. Nesseiria meningitis
B. neoformans cryptococcus
C. Staphylococcus aureus
D. Escherichia coli
