They will see your picture on secondaries and your actual face during interviews. You will not pass GO with the URM-card for merely being "from africa" - they want black. All that being said, I think egyptians look more hispanic than black... Since you're into fudging around with technicalities, why not see if you can link your great great X relative to some hispanic bloodlines. That one might be easier to pull off visually.
