It accepts current DVMs and current vet students. As long as you have and @uni.vetschool.whatev email, you can sign up as a student.
Vet students are kindof tentatively accepted at the moment, so it may take a little while to get your registration stuff sorted out. I just joined, but they seem like very nice people!
