You've got a solid application, but nothing that shines. The only red flag is your lack of shadowing experience. Your list isn't top heavy for your stats, but you'd greatly improve your chance of acceptance with shadowing and a unique non-clinical volunteer role or quirky hobby you've dedicated yourself to. I'd suggest adding some SUNY schools, you'll have a good chance of acceptance with your record and they're typically friendly to California residents.
