Where do you order your phenol from?

6%in glycerin

For an intercostal neurolysis

(I suppose I could do pulsed RF instead)

Last time, had to get it from the local compounding pharmacy.

The advantage of a big hospital system, tho is that they usually can get it for you...

EtOH hurts... But is a lot more readily available, so I have used it for a couple of cancer patients.

Compounding pharmacy and have them mix it in a glycerol base. You can buy 89% and mix it yourself but OSHA says you need a fume hood.
