Default Retakers Practice Scores

I am a retaker and having done the AAMC's before, I am kind of lost on to where I really am at score wise. Since this is my second time through the aamc's I am scoring way higher than I know I am really at and I know that it has to do with seeing the problems before (just took a later aamc and got in the 40s ). I was just wondering, for those who've taken the aamcs or other practice tests twice (after a couple of months) how much of a discrepancy was there with the scoring. I've done all the Kaplans, a couple of Princeton Reviews, a BR test, and all the AAMCs so there isn't much left for me to really use as an indicator of where im at.

I heard GS scoring is horrible and the VR is by far the worse (which is the one section I care to see where Im at) and I never heard anything on EK full length tests. I ordered 3 of them last week and I want to know what peoples opinion on it was as an indicator and a practice test and if people took practice tests twice, maybe they could share their experience of how much it changed from the first time and then how much it changed from the actual score.

(*warning* I didnt care to correct my grammar cuz im studying atm)
