Bottom line don't sweat the PT. When you go out in the morning make yourself work. Nobody is going to push you to do that extra pushup, situp, flutter kick, or whatever except you. You will get out what you put into it. Most people do improve their fitness scores during the time spent at COT.
damn, I can easily run a sub 9 min 1.5, do we get extra points for that?
