i am islam a medical student from egypt who did training in spain ... i am asking if i can do resedency in spain ... what other papers documents i need for resedency plus good spainish which i will take courses in spainish.

For doing the medical residency in Spain, first of all you need a good level of Spanish (is worldwide known that we're not so good at languages) and then you have to take a national exam (called MIR), which allows you to choose the speciality and hospital where you want to train.
Specialization takes 4-5 years, in which you are paid around 1100€ per month. After that it's not very difficult to get a job, especially in some areas in which there's a big lack of doctors (GP, paediatrics, radiology...).
I'm preparing for the MIR now and I've heard it's going to change in a couple of years, so this info is just useful for the next year :P
