Nyanko, I feel you! My vision is not correctable past a certain point, and even though I wear glasses, I still can't see well. I can only use RGP contact lenses (which thankfully I can tolerate!), and it gets frustrating to have to constantly explain to people why you need to sit closer or move or if they could so kindly read the menu of the fast food restaurant to you? (As a kid I would only order the foods I memorized because I was too embarrassed that I couldn't see
)
I'm sorry you have to endure all of that crap! My fingers are cross that something will work out for you.
