Default Scholarship Addendum, Columbia

Hi everyone,
I have a question about the scholarship addendum for Columbia. The instructions say to add a 250 word paragraph to your personal statement about your leadership potential. Does this paragraph need to be integrated into the statement or can I make it a new page and work from there? I'm not really understanding how they want us to go about it. If anyone has worked on it, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I did the 250 word addendum too. Since I noticed it wouldn't let me upload more than 1 document, I basically added spaces onto my SOP and titled it "the addendum" and continued on.
