Minneapolis is great in June. If you have the chance to check out a Twins game at the new stadium, I would recommend that (though the Twins stink this year).

The Walker art museum is fantastic and is a good walk from downtown or a short bus ride.

Brit's Pub is next to the convention center and has a ratty old lawn bowling green that is not fully functional, but fun.

I'm also watching and waiting on Priceline...pretty much every hotel downtown is walking distance of a quick ride up to the convention center.

The light rail is super easy to use and gets you to downtown in something like 20 minutes from the airport.
