Once every two weeks. Sometimes my massage therapist makes me come in one day, then take a break... and then come in on the third day... to be resurrected.

I get my massages done by a guy. Nohomo. When I leave there... I'm in pain. Then after a gallon of water, I feel way better.

Well, there's always going to be 30,000, 40,000 and so on...

let's not top fight... it will be an unintentional top. You know? In the spirit of what C/O 2016 represents.

Alright, now this is a serious sandwich people. Best I've ever had. It's called the Nobadeer and it's from a restaurant in Georgetown called Jetties. Basically, Thanksgiving on sourdough bread--turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes. I can't even describe how amazing it tastes. If any of us happen to interview at Georgetown on the same date, I will take you here. I'll even pay for your Nobadeer sandwich so you can appreciate the deliciousness.

Haha, that picture was almost too big for me to appreciate, but I saw flaky layers of something that looked like pastry, strawberry, and cream...and I am in love with it already.

I don't know how you can even do that!! I've only been up for 18 hours and have had a venti latte and most of a Diet Coke. I don't know if I'll be able to get to sleep for another hour or two, though.

I'm a night owl in that I can stay up pretty late and often prefer to do so, but I am most productive in the morning. In college I used to wake up at 4 or 5am to finish papers, and it was SO much easier for me to do so than to write them at 2 or 3am when I hadn't slept yet.

I never wrote that many papers in college... I was lucky in that respect.

I wrote a hell-a lot of lab reports.

Successful lab reports = Chinese Food + Diet Coke + youtube

That sounds like my kind of plan.

I was a political science major and philosophy minor in college, so I write craploads of papers. You were a science major, I'm guessing? With all the lab reports?

So how about them 6/16ers... I really feel for them and their verbal plight. Sounds like it was a rough batch of verbal for them.

My friend managed to squeeze a good score though.

I really think it matters if the test plays to your strengths.

Yeah, I agree. I never had much trouble with verbal, though...maybe because of all that philosophy I had to read, lol.

I'm into physiology, biochem, organic chem, physics...wasn't so much into the bio that had to do with E. coli's DNA polymerase structure and the life cycle of drosophila.

Endocrinology! I shadowed an endocrinologist...interesting stuff! It's just so beautiful...and elegant.

I did love my Elements of Political Theory class, which was mostly Plato's Republic and Aristotle's Nichomachean Ethics. It was taught by this incredible Jesuit professor who was pretty much a legend at GT. Man, I miss him. I think my favorite, though, was International Relations. I also loved a class I took on Dante's Commedia.

I took a lot of really awesome courses.

Endocrinology is something I am looking at as a specialty... although my beef head surgeon family would prefer I do something like OrthoSurg.

So when's our wedding? Girls that like cars are INSTA-HOT.. not that I don't already know what you look like IRL... but this works in your favor.

Girls who don't like beer, cars... GTFO.

Awww, yeah, I guess having a neurosurgeon for a brother gives you a lot to live up to. But endocrinology would be an amazing specialty purely for the beauty of what you'll know. Hey, you'll be an MD either way!

Well, I don't know all that much about cars, but I know when I see a beautiful one. Growing up with two brothers makes it hard not to like cars. I know a lot more about beer than I do about cars.

Awww lame-o. That's what I have to do every time I post from work, because our hospital won't freaking update their web browsers so most of SDN (and the rest of the internet) won't work. Hope you get your internet back soon! Try resetting the router.

I am also an SDN addict. We all are. It's like crack, only legal and there's very little risk of getting gang banged.

I am kind of thrilled to have the day off today... it's a scorcher out there.

Gonna sit by the pool. Check in to SDN occasionally. Drink beer.
Maybe write a secondary essay or two. Sounds like a good day to me.

Sounds like a fabulous day! Mine may mirror that, though it won't be a scorcher here--just 90, which is about normal for this time of year. I do want to get a few secondaries submitted.

But beer-drinking will happen. Tomorrow is pint night at Old Chicago--$2 drafts with 25 beers on tap. GOOD beers. I am excited.
