Default Is this a possible way to get clinical experience?

I have a relative who is an anesthesiologist, if i wanted to get some clinical experience, would he be a good person to get my clinical experience with? I know i can do an observership with him, but can i also get USCE the same way? btw i am an img. Thank you for your help
