Since this topic hasn't been discussed here on SDN, I figured I'd open it!
Anyone ever had a client who was rude, confrontational, or just plain mean? How did you deal with, it in the moment and after the fact? Did you have to see them more than once? If so, how did you keep yourself from taking the bait and/or sobbing during the appointment?
