So I was accepted into KSU first and since I already live here in Manhattan, KS and know how fast good leases go, I signed a lease with some 2/3 year vet students in an appartment that is closer to the Vet school than most parking. However, OkSU offered me a deal that I couldn't refuse and thus, I'm moving to Stillwater in August. This means I have a

1 bed room for lease in a 3br/1 bath household. Pets welcome, 2 dogs already living there. Nice front and back yard. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, spacious kitchen, fully furnished house (bed room could be if you wanted it to be....). Within walking distance of Vet school, hospital, stadium, and gas station. It's a June lease, but I have already put the deposit down and would be willing to sublease it from you for the summer, if you would rather move in in June that's fine too, sub leases are easy to find. $275 + 1/3 of the bills. (That's almost $100 cheaper than average housing in Manhattan)
