I know exactly what you mean about removing piercings haha. So sad My tongue stays pierced because I put jewelry in occasionally just to keep the hole open. I don't wear it though because my boyfriend thinks it's trashy.. haha.

I don't think it will. I think regular nose piercings are pretty mainstream, especially on South Asian/Indian women. Good luck at UIC! That sucks that you have to do another interview...

I haven't reinstated my costco membership in like 3 years. I only go there for the samples and greasy food.

I hope so. I mean, I really DID get it for cultural/traditional reasons. It was just extra icing on the cake that it looked awesome . Yeah, it does, especially since I have to miss so much. But, I'm excited to go to some of second look, and hopefully this gets me the Chicago track. I have a formal at 6pm that day, so I'm trying to work out my flights so I can get back in time. Let's see what happens....

I've been a quest to find these huge, glorious, unwrapped sour straws since 4th grade, and rumor has it they're at Sam's Club. Although they've probably discontinued them since 2000 haha.

My local 7-11 definitely has them, albeit in smaller quantities. They're fantastic. Blue and red are my favorites.

I'm on a similar quest--to get a GIANT tub of Red Vines. I remember going on a trip to Seattle one year in high school, and our group got two giant tubs and annihilated both of them in less than a week. Those things were like crack--and way better than our usual Twizzlers.

For those who don't know, Oklahoma hardly sells Red Vines anywhere--and they're usually stale when you do find some, because no one ever buys them

It's funny that everyone's talkin' wines (even if it was unintentional, lol). I just got back to the hotel from a local New Mexico winery. It was some good stuff. We also hiked San Lorenzo Canyon today, which was awesome. I have the windburn to prove I was there (not so awesome).

Those cupcakes took forever. Phew. Most of you can see the pictures on Facebook
