I am current 4th year going to start a clerkship in GI. Can any of you recommend some books for the clerkship? I would also appreciate, if you had any tips on acing the rotation.

Might be a little late but should help someone in the future. I used the Washington Manual Subspecialty Consult Series GI text. It's pretty concise and fits in the coat pocket. It's organized by major/typical GI presentations (ex. diarrhea, UGIB/LGIB, etc.) and I found it pretty useful for a quick refresher on diffdx and diagnostic modalities before seeing consults. This coupled with uptodate for more thorough reading was money for my rotation.
