IM PGY 1 or cardiac imaging fellowship

I am looking for a PGY-1 position in Internal medicine (preliminary or categorical). I am currently in the US on J-1 visa. Graduate of 2005, Board certified of cardiology from my country. Passed all my steps (99/254, 99/264, CS), no attempts, taking step 3 next month. Have 6 months US research experience in university hospital, and LOR's from US physicians.
