Need to get info on getting a job

I am preparing for NBCOT license exam and want to do a job till I get a license. I know there are aide positions available but they are very less and applicants are more. What sort of a job can I do apart from an aide job? What kind of jobs are available in market for such candidates?
What are the healthcare fields where I can get a job? What are the options available for me right now?
