Lightbulb Non-traditional student challenges

Hey guys! This question is for non-traditional DPT students who had a career before PT school, or are a little older: what are some challenges you faced or some things that surprised you about going back to grad school? For example, there's usually a huge emotional difference between a 22-year-old and a 28-year-old (not trying to be offensive to the younger people). Were you able to fit in socially? How did you handle the academic pace compared to your classmates?

Any other insights would be appreciated. Thanks!
